The project “Customer Support Defect Tracking System” is basically aimed to provides communication between administrator, employee and client from the booking project till the delivery and acknowledgement of their goods.
Services provided by the system include control of delivery of project and solve defect between the Clients and the projects.
The main concern of the Customer Support Defect Tracking System is to maintain a integrity level for booking, tracking the records and communicating with administrator for acknowledgement to client .
In addition it also provides service to the client to check the status of their defects. The desired data is stored in the databases and can be retrieved as per the need.
CSDTC contains four modules. i.e
1) Website Designing
Website shall contains static pages which contain the project information, login information of the project.
CSDTS(Customer Support Defect Tracking System) is a web based application, integrated with the website as mentioned above. CSDTS contains Employee management, Customer Management, Project Management ,Online Defect Management and Defect status.
CSDTS(Employee) is a part of CSDTS(Admin) and also integrated with the Project. This application facilitates the customer, whose records are in the CSDTS(Admin) and a valid username and password is to provided by the admin to login for view his own details and project and defects for solve that problem.
